Elizabeth A. Mote Attorney
Elizabeth A. "Liz" Mote is an Attorney and Junior Associate with Brunner Quinn. Liz joined Brunner Quinn as a Law Clerk in 2009, and later as an Attorney in 2010.
Liz completed her undergraduate degree cum laude in Classics, focusing on Ancient Greek Language, at Kenyon College in 2007, spending part of her junior year at College Year in Athens International Center for Hellenic and Mediterranean Studies in Greece. She attended Capital University Law School and while in law school, was on the 2009 - 2010 Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and participated in judicial externships in Franklin County Common Pleas Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Liz graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2010 with her Juris Doctorate and is admitted to practice in Ohio.
In her time with Brunner Quinn, Liz has gained experience in motions practice and discovery, and in the areas of civil litigation, business and corporate law.
Liz is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
A Columbus native, Liz graduated from Columbus Academy in 2003, and resides in Columbus, Ohio. Liz is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, backpacking and kayaking.
